Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
All orders are shipped via UPS, Canpar, Purolator and Fedex, except to Nunavut and Northwest Territories, unless otherwise specified.
Orders must meet Canada Post size and weight requirements (no dimension greater than 2m, weight less than 30kg). Oversize items, such as skis over 2mwill need an alternate shipping solution such as UPS.
Applicable provincial and federal taxes are applied when your order is processed according to where the item will be shipped. Orders are shipped from Vancouver, BC and take one to two business days to process, in addition to the delivery times shown. Isolated and rural areas may take longer. Shipments with dimensions exceeding 2m or that are requested to Nunavut and Northwest Territories will be calculated by our sales team offline, and will be communicated to you for your approval before delivery. It is common that the buyer from these territories will need to arrange delivery separately, using First Air transport.
TAXES
If an order is shipped to the following provinces or territories, Peak Golf must collect the applicable taxes as described:
- British Columbia (BC) – 7% PST on merchandise plus 5% GST on merchandise and freight
- Alberta (AB) – 5% GST on merchandise and freight
- Saskatchewan (SK) – 5% GST on merchandise and freight
- Manitoba (MB) – 8% PST on merchandise plus 5% GST on merchandise and freight
- Ontario (ON) – 13% HST on merchandise and freight
- Quebec (QC) – 9.975% PST on the total of the merchandise and freight plus 5% GST on merchandise and freight
- New Brunswick (NB) – 13% HST on merchandise and freight
- Nova Scotia (NS) – 15% HST on merchandise and freight
- Prince Edward Island (PE) – 14% HST on merchandise and freight
- Newfoundland (NL) – 13% HST on merchandise and freight
- Northwest Territories (NT) – 5% GST on merchandise and freight
- Yukon (YT) – 5% GST on merchandise and freight
- Nunavut (NU) – 5% GST on merchandise and freight
Canadian taxes are not collected on orders shipped outside of Canada. However, orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees, which are levied once the package reaches its destination. These fees are collected by the carrier or brokerage company and customers are responsible for paying them. Peak Golf is unable to give estimates for these fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Shipping restrictions may apply to certain products and destinations. These restrictions include regional distribution agreements, hazardous or over-sized products, and complexity in exporting some items.
RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY
If you decide not to keep an item you've received, send the unused product back to us for store credit or exchange. Refunds can be issued on non-sale/clearance product for a 5% restocking fee. Please insure the product for its value and use a freight service that can trace the package if it becomes lost. If we incorrectly shipped an item to you, we will pay your return freight costs. Send any unused, non-defective item back within 14 days of receipt. Because of the seasonal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for non-defective items beyond 30 days of your receipt. Any item that is defective can be returned at any time within the manufacturer's warranty for repair, replacement, or credit. Items must be in original packaging/condition.

RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
Please include the following:
- Invoice number
- Name and code of item being returned
- Reason for return
- Indicate refund, cerdit or exchange
- Name, item code, size, color and price of exchange item (it is often advantageous to call and order the exchange item as we cannot guarantee it will be in stock upon our receipt of your package)
- Method of payment if exchange item exceeds replaced item in price or if there are any additional shipping costs. If original order was placed by credit card, that card number will automatically be credited or charged accordingly.
- If a shipment arrives damaged, please save the original box and packing material andemail us at info@peakgolf.ca, or call 604-734-9555 or 604-980-8899.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
WARRANTY RETURNS
Peak Golf will honor the original manufacturer’s warranty in accordance with each particular warranty policy on items purchased from Peak Golf.
